Each initiative consists of a training day prior to the start of a project which draws attention to teaching in a Montréal disadvantaged area and centers on the context around a cultural approach to teaching. This allows participants to better understand the role of a cultural facilitator and to transfer that awareness to other disciplines in an effort to better serve our students and their success.
